The TRAMEV society wants to proposes itself  to the market of metal wire, of the rope-making machines and the derivatives as a supplier of shears and technical standard or special accessories, with the objective to give to clients a qualitative and more efficient service.

TRAMEV  proposes itself to the metal wires, wire ropes and wire derivatives manufacturers, both as a supplier of new standard or special accessories and as partner for the solution of technical problems, with the policy of partnership needed to reach, together with the client, the qualitative and quantitative enhancement of the production.

SOMMER SHEARS DIVISION. With our light and portable tools, to cut, to cut off, to bend, to straighten is now a very easy operation. The SOMMER shears line offers a full range of portable tools for cutting, straightening or bending of metal wire, allowing a fast and effective solution to the problems related to wire, cable, strand and bolts and nuts.

TRAMEV LINES AND ACCESSORIES DIVISION. The standard accessories we are referring to are:
Uncoiling machines;
Continuous static horizontal type with rotating arm;
Continuous static vertical type with security accumulation;
Rotating type for coils, with continuous brake;
Flayer type for high speed coils, with magnetic brake without power supply;
Flayer type for high speed coils and controlled pulling, with magnetic brake without power supply.

Winders – winding machine
With horizontal axis for wire-drawing machines, with mobile tailstock, lifting platform, with or without wire-straightener in the following range:
for coils up to 450 mm;
for coils from 350 to 630 mm;
for coils from 500 to 900 mm;
for coils from 800 to 1250 mm;
for coils from 1000 to 1400 mm.

With horizontal axis for rope-making machines, cantilever type with mobile arms, in the following range:
for coils from 500 to 800 mm;
for coils from 760 to 1250 mm;
upon request up to 1800 mm;
for rope-making machines up to 3000 mm.

Monoblocs
vertical axis monobloc with stripper;
vertical axis monobloc with parallel collection on the packing;
vertical axis monobloc for high grip wires with collection on coil;
monoblocs to add to big diameters wire-drawing lines with pusher and in skeins;
special monobloc upon customer request.

Lines
Complete line or accessories only, for the production of bright or galvanized CAP wire;
Complete line or accessories only, for the production of stabilized strand;
Complete line or accessories only, for the production of CAP strand.

Any type of changes, empowerments and adaptations on wire-drawing machines, rope-making machines or existing lines according to the production needs. It is important to note that the machinery for the wire industry is very strong and long lasting, from the mechanical point of view. Unfortunately, certain machines are wrongly considered useless because the technology of the same machines (but with modern design) offers much more advantages of production and quality. Very often, when two machines of different generation are compared, it possible to notice only small technical improvements that allow better performances. It is also true that the innovations existing on the new machines can also be applied on the existing machines just with few humble changes, allowing the machine to produce at the same level of more modern machines.
